Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Quorvex PR LLC operates on a retainer and project-fee structure due to the strategic, front-loaded nature of public relations and crisis management.

1. Initial Retainers

Retainers paid to secure immediate crisis response or long-term operational availability are strictly non-refundable once the engagement agreement is activated.

2. Milestone Cancellations

For project-based brand strategy or event PR, cancellations must be submitted in writing. Clients remain liable for all billable hours and third-party vendor expenses incurred up to the timestamp of cancellation.

3. Disputed Charges

Clients have 14 days from the date of invoice to formally dispute any line items. Disputes do not absolve the client of paying undisputed balances.

4. Strategic Alterations

Pivots in strategic direction requested by the client during an active campaign do not constitute grounds for a refund of prior work executed under original directives.
