Clients engaging our crisis or media desks must provide factual background information to ensure rapid, accurate response matrix development. Misrepresentation may void service guarantees.

3. Intellectual Property

All strategies, press assets, and operational frameworks created by Quorvex PR LLC remain exclusive intellectual property until explicitly transferred under formal contract terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

Quorvex PR LLC operates to mitigate reputational risk; however, we cannot absolutely guarantee specific third-party media behavior. Our liability is restricted to the execution of agreed-upon strategic directives.

5. Revisions

We may update these terms at our discretion. Continued usage of Quorvex services implies acceptance of modified terms.
